Akhmeta Innovation Center was opened in November 2018 by the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency and with the financial support of the World Bank.
Akhmeta Innovation Centerโs main mission is to help local people, private companies and the local government in order to increase their knowledge in the fields of innovation and technology, as well as in business.
The center offers a unique opportunity for people of all ages to access modern, cutting edge technologies, to skills to create contemporary, innovative products, to run a business and to access basic knowledge about the use of technology in businesses. The centre also provides people with the necessary training and funding needed to turn an idea into a reality.
Akhmeta Innovation Center is equipped with computer equipment, 3D printers, a 3D scanner and a sewing machine. All of which are available for the participants of the ongoing training courses at the center.
